Hi, I’m Jennifer Poljacik, founder of 212 Fitness Studio.
For more than 30 years, I’ve owned and operated fitness facilities, and in that time, I’ve learned that the most powerful results come from connection, consistency, and community. Owning a studio has always been my dream, because it allows me to focus on the individual and create the kind of supportive, motivating environment that often gets lost in larger facilities.
I began teaching fitness classes in 1998, and from the very beginning, coaching has been my true passion. I love working with people in both group settings and one-on-one—pushing them to believe in themselves, guiding them through challenges, and helping them achieve results they never thought possible on their own.
Boxing has been a central part of my own fitness journey for over 20 years. It is my favorite way to reduce stress, clear my mind, and feel powerful. There is nothing quite like the confidence that comes from putting on gloves, hitting the bag, and walking away feeling strong, focused, and like a complete badass. That feeling is what inspired me to teach boxing and ultimately shaped the foundation of 212 Fitness Studio.
I hold certifications as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), and NASM Behavioral Change Specialist (BCS), HYROX (Level 1 Coach), and I bring that experience into every class and every training session. But beyond credentials, what drives me is helping others feel confident, capable, and proud of what their bodies can do.
I wanted to create a space where women could walk in and feel strong instead of self-conscious, supported instead of judged, and confident enough to push themselves in ways they never thought possible. That vision came to life through a women’s-only boxing class—small, energetic, and filled with people who showed up not just to work out, but to believe in themselves.
212 Fitness Studio was built to be more than a place to work out. It is a community where people are supported, challenged, and celebrated. My goal is for every person who walks through our doors, men or women, to leave feeling stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—than when they arrived.
If you’re ready to be challenged, supported, and inspired, I would love to be part of your journey.
