Who We Are

  • 212 Fitness Studio began with a simple but powerful idea: create a space where women could feel strong, confident, and supported. What started as a women’s-only boxing class and quickly became something more for both men and women. The energy, commitment, and community that formed showed us there was a growing need for a fitness space that was not only a boxing studio but an inclusive, motivating, and results-driven space for everyone to achieve real results. As demand grew, so did our vision, and we are proud to be a locally owned studio built on connection, accountability, and results.  

    Today, 212 Fitness Studio is a full-service fitness studio offering a wide variety of group fitness classes as well as individual personal training and small group training. While our offerings have expanded, our foundation remains the same—empowering individuals through movement, strength, boxing, kickboxing, and accountability. 

    Our classes are thoughtfully designed, results-driven, fun, energetic, and led by knowledgeable, motivating instructors who genuinely care about your success. Our culture is designed to be small and welcoming, not intimidating.  Because we are a studio, we can cater to your specific goals and needs vs a large gym where no one knows your name, and you get lost in the crowd. Whether you are just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level, you will find an environment that is welcoming, encouraging, and empowering. 

  • The name 212 represents the difference between good and great. Water boils at 212 degrees—one extra degree makes all the difference. That philosophy is at the heart of everything we do. We focus on helping our members push just a little further, dig a little deeper, and discover what they are truly capable of.
