Class Descriptions

  • This high-energy boxing class delivers a powerful 45-minute total-body workout combining bag work, cardio intervals, and strength training. You’ll throw punches, move with purpose, and elevate your heart rate through a HIIT-style format that is both challenging and scalable for all fitness levels.

    Classes focus on contact boxing with the bags, helping you build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence—while also providing an incredible stress release. Beginners are always welcome, with coaching that emphasizes proper technique, safety, and modifications as needed.

    Some classes incorporate weights and functional equipment to increase strength and variety, keeping workouts effective and engaging. Whether you’re new to boxing or looking to push your limits, this class will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and accomplished.

    All levels welcome. Gloves provided. Come ready to sweat

  • Boxing Conditioning 45 is a high-energy, total-body conditioning class designed to build endurance and athletic performance. This 45-minute workout blends mobility, cardiovascular conditioning, and core work, with boxing combinations strategically incorporated to elevate intensity and sharpen coordination.

    Expect a fast-paced format that challenges the entire body through intervals of boxing skills,  power, and conditioning. Boxing drills are used as a tool for cardio and agility—no prior boxing experience required. This class is accessible to all fitness levels, with options to progress or modify throughout.

    You will leave feeling energized and empowered, having trained your entire body while keeping the workout engaging and fun

    Thursdays 9:00 am – 9:45 am

  • Ultimate Strength 45 is a total-body functional strength class designed to challenge every fitness level. Using a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells, this 45-minute session focuses on building real-world strength, power, and muscular endurance through purposeful, compound movements.

    Workouts are intelligently programmed to improve how your body moves, lifts, and performs—enhancing strength, stability, and control from head to toe. Options and progressions are provided, allowing beginners to build confidence while experienced athletes push heavier loads and higher intensity.

    Expect to leave feeling stronger, accomplished, and empowered—this is strength training with intention.
